First of all make a blog of unique kind i.e it may be useful for everyone. In order to develop a blog you need nothing. You can make a blog from blogger.com , wordpress, bigadda.com but the most useful from all of these is blogger.com. At blogger.com all facilities are readymade . you have not to do anything extra. They made it specially for these type of experiments. Here one thing remember that while creating a blog use unique idea.
After opening blogger.com, sign up there & make a account. When you make a account then from dashboard choose Creat a blog option. Click here then a page will open where you have to give haeding for your blog , after that select a URL of your blog on the same page . After that click next . In next page you have to choose template i.e design of your blog there will be so many option. Choose one which attract you . Then click next . On the next page you can write anything what you want in your blog.
